THROAT Chakra Support
BALANCED
What benefits are associated with having an open throat chakra?
The throat chakra is the pathway that links your heart to your mind. If you support the first four chakras, you will be able to care for your throat chakra much easier. This means all the benefits of the lower chakras (truth, creativity, power, love, etc) will be expressed freely.
What are some characteristics of a person with a balanced throat chakra?
People that have a balanced throat chakra are outspoken; they are able to effectively communicate their needs, boundaries, compassion, and love; they are at peace with themselves; and they are good listeners.
How difficult is it to clear a blocked throat chakra?
It is important to remembr that your energy flows from the root chakra up to the crown chakra. It becomes more difficult to clear the upper chakras if you do not work on the first four chakras: root, sacral, solar, and heart. There still are many simple actions you can take to support the throat chakra including wearing the color blue, or consuming liquids that sooth your throat like herbal tea or soup.
What are some natural ways to support the throat chakra?
There are simple, yet very theraputic ways that you can support your throat chakra. For example, you could keep a journal expressing your feelings; you could practice cathartic screaming or laughing; you could also just sing your favorite song.
Imbalanced
What are the characteristics of a person that has an imbalanced throat chakra?
A person with an imbalanced throat chakra has trouble communicating; they find it difficult to manifest the life they want for themselves; they may have a tendency to lie; and ironically they could be either shy or arrogant. Arrogance stems from insecurity and people often mask their perceived shortcomings or pretend to be something that they are not.
What causes the throat chakra to become blocked?
The throat chakra will become blocked if you do not nuture the first four chakras- root, sacral, solar, and heart. Other causes of a blockage stem from stress, a poor diet, or being disconnected from yourself.
What are the physical symptoms of a person with a closed throat chakra?
A closed throat charka could result in a sore throat, laryngitis, thyroid problems, allergies, neck and shoulder pain, tension in the jaw or TMJ, and dental issues.
What body systems/parts are affected by a blocked throat chakra?
The throat chakra is connected to the mouth, jaws, neck and shoulders, pharyngeal, thyroid glands, and brachial plexi.
