Shipping and Returns
- We offer free Basic Shipping on our products over $35.
- Our made-to-order sports bras take about 7-12 business days.
- Our Studio Blankets and other items ship out in 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
- Express or expedited shipping option can be offered for an additional fee.
We do the best to make sure you love your product so please reach out if there are any issues!
- If you are not happy with your product(s) we are happy to exchange them, or return them for store credit. If you need to exchange anything for any reason, let us know and we'll do what we can to accommodate you!
- If you’re looking to return or exchange for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please return your item(s) within 22 days of your order delivery and request an exchange or return for credit.
- Pending this written request to email@example.com, we'll email you confirmation we received your request within 2-3 business days and will credit your customer balance once we receive the product minus return shipping.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to offer returns and exchanges at our discretion.
- We follow updated CDC guidelines and best practices for returned merchandise due to Covid-19.
Please note the following for our return and exchange policy:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: Eithera Return
- In the body of the email, include your Order #.
- Include why requesting a return/exchange and a picture of damaged or defective item if applicable .
- Allow up to 2-3 business days to hear how we will move forward to help you!
- We will get back to you within 2-3 business days and will post replacement information, or store credit notes once we are in contact with you. Credits, minus return shipment will be credited once goods received.
- Lost and damaged returns will be handled at our discretion on a case by case basis.
